This manual will be of use to all those directly involved with the correct and proper installation, operation, and maintenance of air filtration systems. The third edition has been designed for wide application and all levels of experience. It is specifically published to help educate and accredit personnel working with air filtration systems and to serve as a resource guide for all building operations personnel. One aspect of protection against bioterrorism is an HVAC system installed and operated correctly with filters of as high efficiency as possible for that system. A side benefit of this type of application is a system that will continuously provide cleaner indoor air for increased productivity and health of the building occupant along with better energy cost conservation for the building owner.
I would just keep the mill what it is, a really nice 2J BP. Bridgeport ez trak dx troubleshooting. I would take the control off and leave it off or use it as a DRO as you said. I say that because BP's are a terrible conversion IMO, buy the time you replace the control you could have just bought a true 3 axis CNC machine which will always way outperform a BP conversion.
